Our studio is located just slightly west of midtown Omaha.  Pleasant and comfortable, the lighting is good and so is the company.

Open Class System

To satisfy the many requests we've had for different projects, we have an Open Class System. You might be asking, what is an Open Class System?

Our studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday nights 6 - 9. During this time we will actively teach and help you. We will introduce you to new concepts and techniques and help you with old ones.  You can pay for classes one at a time, or purchase a "card" of 3, 5, or 8 classes.  A class is 2 hours within the 6 - 9 time frame.  Your choice whether you want to start at 6 p.m. or 7 p.m.

What will you paint?? Well, we have beginner-friendly projects for you, if you are just getting started with Decorative painting OR, you can choose from any of our previous event projects OR, you may work on a project of your choosing OR, we'll help you look through pattern books to find something that sparks your interest.  As you see there are many possibilities.  You will pay a fee for the supplies.  Check out our galleries to see some projects we've done.

We feel this will allow you to not only paint the pieces you like but to do it at your own pace as well.

Class fees:

2 hour class:  $8.00
3 class card: $20.00.
5 class card: $32.50
8 class card: $50.00 (still your best buy)

These cards can be used Tuesday and Wednesday nights and you will only pay for the classes you attend.

By the way, you will still be able to apply for DW Arts Scholarships for projects, whether they are featured by us or another choice. We will let you know the approximate number of class times needed before you apply.
